The Self-Directed Direct Support Professional will provide one-on-one, person-centered support to an individual, helping them achieve goals in their service plan. Duties may include personal care, supervision, home visits, community activities, protective oversight, and related supports, with work in the individual’s home, community settings, or both. The role is part-time and flexible, starting at 5–10 hours per week and paying $25 per hour.
