Auld & White Constructors is hiring a Self-Perform Estimator to support estimating and bidding for in-house construction work in Northeast Florida. The role prepares quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for concrete, carpentry, demolition, and drywall; reviews bid documents; conducts site visits; compiles material and labor costs; develops scope breakdowns and budgets; identifies risks and opportunities; and collaborates with preconstruction, project managers, and site supervisors. The position requires at least 10 years of relevant construction experience and 3 years of self-perform estimating experience, and is based at the company’s headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida.
