BlackRock is hiring a full-time Self-Perform Group Operations Manager to lead the performance and profitability of a self-perform project portfolio. The role owns preconstruction planning, project controls, financial forecasting, contract administration, labor and resource management, risk mitigation, and the development of the Project Management team. It requires 10+ years of progressive construction leadership experience, portfolio-level financial management, union labor and productivity expertise, and experience managing Project Managers. The listed base salary is $155,000-$175,000 annually, with health benefits, a 401(k) match, vehicle allowance, and paid time off.
