Description
The Self-Storage Development Manager will manage the pre-development, entitlement, permitting, and construction phases of self-storage development projects. The role coordinates government agencies, consultants, attorneys, architects, contractors, and vendors; maintains schedules and budgets; secures permits; oversees project expenses; and supervises the Construction Manager and related contractors and vendors. It is based in Los Angeles and requires full-time, in-office presence, with a base salary of $130,000 to $200,000.
