Description
The Selling Flex Associate at Belk provides customer service and sales support by assisting shoppers, making product recommendations, processing transactions, maintaining merchandising and store presentation standards, and supporting store operations such as fulfillment, pricing, and promotional sets. The role requires strong communication, customer service orientation, comfort with technology, flexibility to work varied hours, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
