Belk is hiring a Selling Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert in a dedicated department or key selling area, deliver excellent customer service, and support sales performance through clienteling, product recommendations, omnichannel selling, visual merchandising, and store operations. The role is an hourly position with monthly bonus eligibility, requires flexible availability, strong communication, comfort with technology, and the ability to perform physical retail tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs.
