The Semantic Data Modeler will design, develop, and maintain ontologies, vocabularies, and semantic data models for life sciences and other complex domains. The role covers RDF, RDFS, OWL, SKOS, SPARQL, graph databases, ETL/ELT pipelines, NLP-based knowledge integration, data quality, governance, documentation, and collaboration with data engineers, scientists, and domain experts in an Agile environment.
