Description
Wiltshire Council is hiring a SEMH Inclusion Advisory Teacher to support secondary schools across Wiltshire with inclusion and the social, emotional and mental health needs of learners. The role advises and trains school staff, supports assessment of learners' SEMH needs, helps develop teaching approaches, and contributes to positive learning environments. The successful candidate must be a qualified teacher with substantial secondary school experience, strong SEMH knowledge, communication and ICT skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The position pays £47,472–£51,048 per annum for 32.5 hours per week, with an interview scheduled for 16 October 2026.
