Esland's Bedford School is hiring a permanent, full-time Teaching Assistant to join its team in September at Wrest Park, Silsoe. The role supports pupils with learning, delivers prepared work to small groups or one-to-one, supervises pupils, implements behaviour and sensory or communication programmes, assists with progress recording and educational resources, and accompanies pupils on visits. Candidates must have GCSE-level education in Maths, English and Science, UK work rights, and strong planning and organisational skills; teaching assistant experience and a relevant qualification are desirable.
