Bosch is hiring a Semiconductor Fabrication Operator Level 1 (Manufacturing Operator) to assist in semiconductor manufacturing, learn to operate basic fabrication and test equipment, follow procedures, maintain product quality, and work in a cleanroom environment. The role is based in Roseville, California, starts with a temporary Monday-through-Thursday schedule, and later transitions to a compressed 12-hour shift model. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and communication skills, physical ability to work extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds, and authorization to work in the United States; future work authorization sponsorship is unavailable. The base salary is $20.00–$24.00 per hour, with shift premiums for B, C, and D shifts, plus health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
