Description
Micron Technology is hiring a full-time NAND Flash Controller and Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to serve as a core technical individual contributor in the design and validation of on-chip controllers and mixed-signal circuitry for NAND Flash chips. The role covers architecture development, product definition, system integration, full-chip and block-level validation, RTL controller hardware, synthesis, APR, timing closure, and firmware development. The position requires a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with expertise in Verilog, digital ASIC design, mixed-mode design and validation, design and verification CAD tools, synthesis and timing tools, scripting and programming languages, and non-volatile memory design. The US base salary range is $173,607.10 to $246,000.00, with medical, dental, and vision plans available.
