Description
Micron Technology is hiring a full-time Memory Design Engineer to design, analyze, validate, and optimize digital, analog, and memory circuits for memory products. The role covers layout, floor-planning, placement, routing, verification, simulation, tape-out revisions, and manufacturability support across product engineering, test, probe, process integration, assembly, and marketing teams. A master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required, along with expertise in Verilog/VHDL, C/C++, TCL/Python/Perl, digital and VLSI design, synthesis, place-and-route, and memory design. The US base salary range is $142,678.01 to $170,000.00 per year, with medical, dental, and vision plans available.
