Description
Renesas is recruiting a Semiconductor Device and Process Development Engineer to support the development of semiconductor devices and manufacturing processes for automotive and AI applications. The role covers device structure design, wafer process flow development, device measurement and evaluation, and collaboration with elemental process technology, product design, and quality assurance teams. The position requires at least one year of experience in semiconductor device structure design or process development, basic semiconductor physics knowledge, and wafer process prototyping experience; wafer-level electrical measurement and TEG layout design skills are desired.
