Description
The role is responsible for starting up, developing, and optimizing pump, abatement, and chiller equipment in semiconductor manufacturing, improving product quality, yield, cost, productivity, and risk management, and resolving manufacturing-line problems. It involves equipment failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, SPC/FDC, equipment and material evaluation, new equipment qualification, supplier coordination, redundancy planning, and supervising equipment health. The employer accepts a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, materials, or a related engineering field plus 12 months of experience in the offered or related occupation, and requires semiconductor manufacturing experience, process troubleshooting, data analysis, and automation skills.
