Intel Foundry is hiring a Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer Contract Employee serving as a Segment Lead for tester operations in Kulim, Malaysia. The role integrates customer demand, factory capacity, material readiness, supply chain execution, manufacturing planning, delivery performance, and business growth across Intel’s advanced packaging and test ecosystem. Responsibilities include managing execution risks and recovery plans, coordinating suppliers and contract manufacturers, supporting new product introductions and factory ramps, analyzing operational performance, developing reports and dashboards, and driving process improvement and operational scalability. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 3 years of related experience, high-volume manufacturing experience, SAP or equivalent systems knowledge, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
