Micron Technology is hiring a Metrology Process Development Engineer to develop, qualify, and deploy advanced metrology methods and equipment for next-generation DRAM and HBM technologies. The role includes measurement recipe development, data analysis, equipment evaluation and startup, process control, yield improvement, supplier collaboration, and the use of AI tools. It is based at Fab15 and requires a science or engineering degree, manufacturing or technical experience, Japanese communication skills at JLPT N2 or above, English communication ability, and familiarity with AI tools.
