Micron Technology is seeking a package electrical design engineer to work on high-speed interface electrical and physical design, model extraction and validation, simulation, characterization, and test-plan execution for package interconnects. The role collaborates with circuit design, product engineering, and system engineering teams and involves translating engineering problems into scalable artificial intelligence and automation solutions. Candidates need an MTech in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on electromagnetics, microwave, antenna theory, and RF circuits, plus familiarity with Ansys, Siemens, or Cadence tools for frequency-domain and transient time-domain analysis.
