Description
FERCHAU is hiring a Semiconductor Power Electronics Engineer to design and develop high-performance semiconductor pulse generators, build and commission them, test prototypes, create SPICE or LTspice simulation models, optimize power-semiconductor circuits, document measurement results, and coordinate technical content with project management and other departments. The role requires an electrical engineering, power electronics, or related degree, expertise in semiconductor switching circuits and high-voltage measurement technology, and B2+ German language skills.
