Description
The role develops new wafer-fabrication process modules on PECVD and PVD tools, leads process integration and optimization projects, and contributes to process-improvement teams. It requires education in semiconductor device physics, semiconductor technology, or microelectronics; at least three years of experience depending on educational credentials; hands-on experience with PECVD or PVD equipment; knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology; German fluency; English proficiency; and strong communication skills.
