The Semiconductor Process Engineer will operate clean-processing equipment and wafer metrology tools, prepare equipment and execute test plans, analyze laboratory data, troubleshoot tools, and support customer demonstrations. The role requires technical education focused on chemistry, at least two years of applicable experience, laboratory familiarity, data-analysis and communication skills, and an Austrian work permit. It is based in Villach, Austria, follows a 38.5-hour flexitime schedule, and is filled through a third-party agency.
