Micron Technology is hiring a semiconductor process engineer to identify, diagnose, and resolve DRAM process-integration problems; coordinate process, equipment, and material optimization; lead yield and cost-improvement activities; validate new process baselines for product introduction; and support SPC, FDC, RMS, and APC. The role requires a master’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field and responsibilities including supplier management, audits, fab monitoring, and process technology improvement.
