Lockheed Martin is hiring a Semiconductor Process Integration Engineer Stf for its Advanced Sensor Integration Team, responsible for developing and sustaining compound detector and focal-plane technologies. The role leads requirements and ownership across photolithography, etching, deposition, metrology, hybridization, advanced interconnects, and packaging; develops products using data-driven analysis; leads continuous-improvement and yield initiatives; and collaborates with cross-functional teams. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of applicable industry experience, or a master's degree with 5+ years of applicable experience, along with semiconductor-process, failure-analysis, DOE, and equipment experience. The full-time salary range is $135,700 to $251,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
