Description
The role performs semiconductor interconnect processes such as metal plating, soldering, lithography, singulation, optical inspection, metallographic preparation, process chemistry analysis, and SPC monitoring. It also involves process optimization, customer qualification, and compliance with internal and ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards. The position requires microtechnologist training or comparable experience, willingness to work a three-shift system, German and English skills, and PC proficiency.
