Description
The role develops next-generation discrete ESD and TVS protection devices for high-speed, RF-sensitive, and automotive applications. It leads technical work packages and product-development projects, defines device concepts and performance requirements, contributes to semiconductor, electromagnetic, and SPICE simulations, supports SEED-based system-level ESD analysis, and helps shape the technical roadmap. The position requires a master’s or PhD in a relevant engineering or physics field, semiconductor-device knowledge, TCAD and SPICE experience, and strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
