Description
Jenoptik is seeking a semiconductor shift supervisor to lead and motivate shift teams, plan deployments, develop employees, and conduct interviews. The role oversees on-time production of semiconductor components, hands-on equipment and process troubleshooting, maintenance follow-up, continuous improvement, documentation, shift handovers, quality, occupational health and safety, environmental compliance, and cleanroom regulations. The position requires technical training, several years of semiconductor-shift-supervision or related production experience, strong communication and analytical skills, cleanroom and rotating-shift availability, and native-level German.
