Description
Google is hiring a Semiconductor Test Engineer to develop and deploy productization solutions for System-on-Chip (SoC) technologies. The role covers SoC design-for-testing architecture reviews, NPI characterization and manufacturing plans, test hardware and ATE/SLT program support, die and package bring-ups, OSAT releases, yield and failure analysis, silicon debug, reliability qualification, manufacturing ramp, and production test solution releases. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, semiconductor processing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, plus four years of VLSI, product and test engineering, and semiconductor processing experience.
