This role focuses on developing and prototyping innovative semiconductor test solutions for emerging technologies, validating and implementing new test concepts on the Advantest V93000 platform, and collaborating with customers, technology partners, and internal teams to address future test challenges. The position also contributes to intellectual property, technology demonstrators, future product concepts, and analysis of industry trends to shape next-generation semiconductor test solutions.
