This role involves providing comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support to customers specializing in semiconductor testing. The primary objective is to ensure high customer satisfaction, aiming to establish or reinforce the company's status as a preferred semiconductor testing platform. Key responsibilities encompass project delivery, post-sales consulting regarding test methodologies and hardware/software features, delivering test libraries and application training, supporting and debugging production issues such as correlation discrepancies and yield problems, and actively maintaining customer relationships along with capturing competitive intelligence.
