Fresh Start in Education is hiring an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant to provide one-to-one learning and support to a young woman with autism, learning and communication needs in her home or community in the Nailsea area. The role plans and delivers creative, practical, and engaging sessions covering life skills, communication, emotional regulation, basic numeracy and literacy, ASDAN courses, and creative activities. It runs during school days in term time, typically for 3–5-hour sessions, and offers hourly pay, travel and resource allowances, wellbeing support, and bank staff placements.
