Fresh Start in Education is hiring Education Specialists to provide bespoke, holistic support to children and young people who are out of mainstream education. The role involves one-to-one or two-to-one support in homes or suitable public settings, personalised creative sessions, progress monitoring, target setting, risk assessments, and safeguarding. It is a bank-staff role with short- and long-term placements, term-time-only availability, and sessions typically lasting three to five hours during the school day.
