Description
Fairfield Trust is hiring a permanent SEND Skills for Life Tutor to support young people with additional needs in a personalised, small-group learning environment. The role involves delivering bespoke curriculum based on EHCP outcomes, supporting learners toward independence and work-based learning, planning and quality-assuring learning, tracking progress with digital tools, and contributing to annual reviews. The tutor must work on site during term time from 08:40–15:15, with flexible working days, and is expected to have broad special education experience, recent bespoke teaching experience, knowledge of RARPA, and a track record of excellent teaching outcomes.
