Meadowhead School is hiring an entry-level Teaching Assistant Apprentice to begin in September 2026. The 18-month apprenticeship is based at Dyche Lane, Sheffield, and pays £8.00 per hour, with an automatic pay increase after one year for apprentices aged 19 or older. The role supports teachers and pupils through lesson planning, monitoring progress, marking, behaviour support, parent communication, exam administration, and whole-class cover, while providing online training and a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship standard qualification. Applicants must have GCSEs in English and Maths at grades 4–9 (A*–C) and demonstrate patience, communication, adaptability, and an interest in education.
