Description
OneSchool Global is hiring a full-time, permanent SENDCo for its Colchester Campus. The role provides strategic leadership for special educational needs and disability provision, develops bespoke support strategies and personalised learning pathways, leads and develops teaching assistants, coaches colleagues, and coordinates interventions and access arrangements. The posting prefers QTS, NASENCO or NPQSENCO, at least three years of teaching experience, and substantial experience supporting students with autism, ADHD, social communication needs, physical disabilities, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties.
