Candidates need a doctorate with 1+ year of technical engineering experience, or a master's degree with 4+ years, or a bachelor's degree with 5+ years, along with extensive C/C++ and Python experience and accelerator performance optimization expertise. The position offers a U.S. base pay range of USD $119,800-$234,700 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 4+ years of C/C++ and Python programming experience developing production-quality software systems, frameworks, runtimes, or infrastructure
4+ years developing, debugging, or optimizing AI workloads for GPUs, AI accelerators, or HPC systems
4+ years of accelerator architecture and performance optimization experience
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with custom AI accelerator SDKs, compiler ecosystems, kernel generation frameworks, or code-generation pipelines
