Lifeway Mobility is hiring a Senior Accessibility Installation Technician in San Jose, California, for a full-time Monday-through-Friday schedule with occasional Saturday overtime. The role installs and repairs wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and ceiling lifts; communicates project issues, loads and drives the company vehicle, explains work to customers, enters work orders and inventory data, and receives paid manufacturer training. The position requires at least two years of field work experience, experience mentoring or informally leading less experienced technicians, hand and power tool experience, basic computer skills, strong customer service and communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.
