Description

Humber Polytechnic is hiring a Senior Accessible Learning Coordinator to serve as the operational and system leadership hub for Accessible Learning Services. The full-time, fully on-site role leads service design, standard operating procedures, staff learning and development, change management, operational systems, data analytics and Ministry reporting, workflow coordination, and direct learner accommodation and funding support across Humber locations in Toronto, Ontario.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Three-year diploma or degree in business administration, service design, operations management, disability studies, psychology, social work, or a related field; Change Management and/or Service Design Certification required.
Required Previous Experiences: At least five years of full-time experience in service design, process improvement, or change management in a complex organization, plus two years leading in a service delivery role.
Experience designing and delivering training and onboarding programs and leading or mentoring a functional team.
Experience administering departmental scheduling tools and databases, including data integrity and system upgrades.
Preferred Qualifications: Human-centered design and structured change management experience, including journey mapping, service blueprinting, or PROSCI.
Ability to manage, analyze, and report departmental data and complete Ministry-mandated reporting.
Strong stakeholder relationships, independent judgment, and ethical decision-making.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, Banner, Destiny One, and ability to train others.
