Description

Zendesk is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in the Customer Experience industry, and will be responsible for driving growth in the Commercial/Mid-Market account base in the Greater China Region. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding existing partnerships, and achieving revenue goals.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 8 years of B2B SaaS sales preferably in the Customer Experience industry with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated ability to create and scale your own pipeline of new business opportunities.
Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and renewals, including multi-month, value-centric processes with proof of concept stages.
Experience in managing and expanding customer relationships at various levels.
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and deal closing skills.
Experience selling to VP and C-level executives both in person and using remote technology.
Strong knowledge of industry trends and the ability to build relationships with key decision makers.
Experience creating and leveraging territory and account plans.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to communicate in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is essential as the role mainly works with Mandarin-speaking customers.
An entrepreneurial spirit, strong collaboration skills, and a drive for continuous professional growth.
Familiarity with key Sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, etc
