Zendesk is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join their team. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through enterprise account acquisition and expansion, nurturing customer relationships, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. The ideal candidate will leverage data insights, understand customer needs, and lead complex sales cycles to achieve revenue goals.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 8 years of B2B sales or solution engineering experience, preferably in the SaaS industry with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
Experience in managing and expanding customer relationships at various levels.
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and deal closing skills.
Experience selling to VP and C-level executives both in person and using remote technology
Strong knowledge of industry trends and the ability to build relationships with key decision makers.
Experience creating and leveraging territory and account plans.
Familiarity with key Sales tools such as Salesforce, and Clari.
Preferred Qualifications: An entrepreneurial spirit, strong collaboration skills, and a drive for continuous professional growth.
Ability to travel as necessary.
