Description
OLIVER is hiring a Senior Account Manager for a three-month fixed-term contract. The role is primarily remote with one to two days per week in Slough for client work. The manager will lead client relationships, account health, commercial performance, project delivery, budgeting, financial reporting, escalations, and new business opportunities, while managing one to three direct reports and collaborating with project managers and senior stakeholders. The role requires agency account management experience, commercial acumen, stakeholder leadership, budget and forecasting skills, and familiarity with AI tools and processes.
