Description
The Senior Account Manager, Web owns complex client relationships and high-impact website initiatives across WordPress, Drupal, and Shopify. The role guides senior stakeholders through scope, budget, timeline, platform capabilities, and technical tradeoffs; manages risk and escalations; oversees delivery with project managers; monitors budgets and change orders; and partners with strategists, designers, and developers. It requires at least six years of full-service digital agency experience, senior-level client ownership, and experience with website builds and ongoing support. The position is remote or office-based in Boston, with a salary range of $75,000-$90,000 and healthcare, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
