Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is partnering with a well-established organization in Bethesda, Maryland to hire a full-time Senior Accountant for a hybrid role. The position focuses on core operational accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, general ledger accuracy, financial reporting, variance analysis, audit support, internal controls, and process improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, at least three years of progressive accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively; CPA and large ERP experience are preferred.
