The role maintains financial records, performs bank, general ledger, prepaid expense, fixed asset, lease accounting, and deferred revenue activities; prepares journal entries and financial reports; supports grants, endowment, and accounts payable functions; ensures regulatory and institutional policy compliance; collaborates with departments on budgeting and financial needs; and assists with audits.
