CHG Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Senior Accountant to own assigned areas of the corporate accounting close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, multi-entity and intercompany accounting, and general ledger review. The role also prepares and reviews financial statements, supports the annual audit, conducts technical accounting research, and improves accounting processes using Workday ERP, Excel, automation, and AI. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least five years of accounting experience, an active CPA license, public accounting experience, and strong GAAP, reconciliation, ERP, and Excel skills; a master’s degree, AI-automation experience, and Big Four experience are preferred. The position offers an annual pay range of $74,100 to $143,300 and includes medical and dental coverage, work-from-home options, and other benefits.
