DLC is hiring a Senior Accounting & Finance Consultant in its Orange County market for a full-time salaried role involving project-based accounting and finance consulting. The consultant will support clients with financial reporting, compliance, forecasting, financial systems implementations, process improvements, interim finance leadership, and project management. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related area, at least five years of experience in a Fortune 1000 company, and strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; an MBA and/or CPA is preferred. Compensation is $100,000–$135,000 plus possible discretionary bonuses, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
