Koch Finance is hiring a Senior Accountant for its Payroll and Benefits team in Wichita, Kansas. The role owns payroll and benefits accounting and reporting, maintains general ledger accuracy and balance sheet reconciliations, analyzes activity for trends and risks, leads workstreams, supports business initiatives, documents processes, and drives process transformation through technology and automation. Candidates should have strong analytical and communication skills, experience with accounting, process transformation, and Microsoft Office or Office 365, including advanced Excel.
