Mitchell Martin Inc. is hiring a Senior Accountant in Charlotte, North Carolina for a contract-to-hire, full-time role. The position manages monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes; prepares and reviews journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations; analyzes financial statements and variances; resolves accounting discrepancies; and supports external audits. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 10 years of progressive accounting experience, strong U.S. GAAP and accrual-basis accounting knowledge, financial close and financial statement preparation experience, and advanced spreadsheet skills. The pay range is $92,500 to $110,000 per year.
