Nitra is hiring a Senior Accountant to scale its accounting infrastructure, bring core accounting functions in-house, prepare for its first external audit, establish financial controls, lead monthly close activities, support investor and lender reporting, manage payroll and reimbursements, and produce financial analyses for senior leadership. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, CPA certification, and 4–7 years of progressive public or private accounting experience, along with experience in startups, fintech, credit cards, or healthtech.
