Description
Nitra is hiring a Senior Accountant to scale its accounting infrastructure, bring core accounting functions in-house, establish GAAP-compliant financial reporting and controls, prepare for its first external audit, and support investor and lender reporting. The role also covers monthly close, budgets, QuickBooks entries, payroll, expense reimbursements, tax compliance, vendor contracts, and financial analysis for senior leadership. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, CPA certification, and 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience, with a hybrid work arrangement and a base salary of $100,000–$150,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
