Qwaltec is hiring a full-time Senior Accountant to support core accounting operations and the monthly and year-end close in a government contracting environment. The role covers general ledger reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, contract billing, financial reporting, government contract accounting, audits, proposal pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement. Candidates need at least five years of progressively responsible accounting experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong Excel and analytical skills, and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
