Speak is hiring a Senior Accountant in San Francisco to serve as the operational core of its Finance team. The role owns the transactional accounting close, P2P and T&E processes, contractor and creator payments, reconciliation, audit support, cost-of-revenue tracking, and AI-driven workflow improvements. Candidates should have 3–5 years of accounting or audit experience, modern finance-tool fluency, full-cycle P2P ownership, US GAAP knowledge, reconciliation and flux-analysis experience, and the ability to manage multiple workflows.
